Your ideal client doesn’t want another gimmick, they want legacy, and heirlooms that make them feel like the heroes of their own story. Spending a week in Ireland is enough to inspire for a lifetime, but we know that deep change takes time. The mindset shift begins with calls before you arrive, and continues with online integration following our trip.
With a guided storyboarding process, sales training, editing support, and opportunities to connect with staff, and other attendees. We arrive as collaborators, and depart as friends.

Day 1: Arrival to the enchanting region of West Cork. Where rolling green landscapes meet the dramatic Irish Coast. Light lunch, orientation, headshot trade oprotunity, and group dinner in town
Day 2: Morning Workshop with Editorial Director of Wedding Sparrow followed Costal session shoot.
The shoot will feature:
One or more model couple
Professionally styled florals & flatlays
Designer gowns, romantic elopement-style ceremony setup against unparalleled natural views
Between locations, we’ll pause to enjoy a charming pub lunch with some time time to explore a quaint seaside town, allowing for both creative inspiration, and genuine cultural connection.
Day 3: Featured Editorials at: Bantry House.
A sweeping storybook manor with sprawling grounds, and grand interiors.
Built by the first Earl of Bantry,and
still occupied by his descendants with direct ties to the Guinness family. This historic estate is unlike any other in the country.
Our Centerpiece Editorial will feature:
Grand ceremony with opulent florals
One or more model couples
Designer wardrobe for both bride and groom
Full wedding styling.
Including:
Reception design
Flat lays & detail shots
Cake styling
Day 4: Morning Micro Wedding Content, at our luxe accommodations at Ulusker House.
One couple, micro wedding garden ceremony, florals, getting ready scenes, flatlay, and
tablescape in a thoughtfully designed fashionable interior.
